Refunds and cancelling

Cancelling

Cancel at any time using the manage link in your receipt email. There is nothing to phone in. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If Pro is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Email us from the address you paid with, or use the support link in your receipt.

After that we do not refund part of a period, and you keep Pro until that period ends.
